With the increased demand for conveyancing services, especially with First Home Buyers, we will commence a trial of weekend operations to meet the needs of our clients.
From 1 August 2009, we will be extending our office hours to include Saturday mornings between 10am and 12pm (these times may vary depending on the response).
Professional legal services will be extended to areas other than conveyancing on a need basis and clients are encouraged to call ahead to ensure that the appropriate lawyer is available or scheduled to be in the office.
This trial will end on 31 October 2009.
To mark the start of the 2009-2010 financial year, Phang Legal has joined the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce and the Hills Chamber of Commerce.
"Being involved with the local business community is an important part of the firm's growth strategy," commented solicitor director, Ern Phang, "we consider it part of our commercial and social responsibility and an essential part of being in business and being part of the local community. We already have close relationships with members of both chambers and it was a natural step in developing those existing relationships by becoming part of those chambers. We are excited."

The Common Law of Business Balance -
It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money -- that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot -- it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.
